We'll help you come up with a custom meal plan, do the shopping, store the ingredients, and prepare all the yummy food for the entire week.
You provide a kitchen, we'll take care of everything else. It's really that simple.

How It Works

Getting to Know You
The first step is getting to know you and your family. We'll discuss your family members' nutritional needs, dietary restrictions, and their general tastes. Got picky eaters in the family? No problem, we can accommodate even most particular tastes.

Meal Planning
We'll work together to come up with a perfect weekly/monthly meal plan. Don't have a preference? Then let's discover what you'll love together by trying a sampling of regional dishes.
3/
Shopping
We do all the shopping and food storage so you don't have to worry about a thing. We'll arrive at your home with all of the necessary ingredients to prepare the dishes.
4/
Cooking Time!
Our favorite step. We'll use your kitchen to prepare all of the food early in the week, and package it up so it can be easily stored in the fridge. We'll even clean up the kitchen when we're done :)
